Deferral and Revoking of Funded Melva Licence:
We understand that circumstances such as staff changes, sickness, or capacity issues may affect your ability to deliver the MELVA programme. To support you, our team will check in regularly, and you can contact us anytime at melva@mortalfools.org.uk
We monitor usage and will contact schools who are not actively engaging with the programme. Where possible, we’ll help adapt delivery to suit your situation. If, after discussion, delivery this year is not feasible due to unavoidable circumstances, we may allow you to defer your licence to the following year (with Sponsor/Funder agreement)
If we have no response from your school for 3 months or more, the funded licence will be revoked, and the school will be ineligible for funded licences for at least one academic year.
